How to Make Sure You Get Every Single One of My Emails
(Don't let the algorithm steal what's yours!)

Let's be real — inbox algorithms are savage these days.
They're tossing many useful emails into spam, promotions, or the digital void like they're yesterday's leftovers.
Not on my watch.
Here's how to make sure we stay connected:
📧 Gmail Users
Desktop:
Drag this email from the "Promotions" tab into your "Primary" tab
A popup will appear — click "Yes" to do this for future emails
OR: Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right → Click “Add [me] to Contacts list”
Mobile:
Tap the three dots in the top-right of the email
Tap “Move to” → “Primary”
Open the email again, tap the sender name → tap “Add to Contacts”
🍎 Apple Mail Users
Desktop (Mac):
Hover over my name in the email header
Click the dropdown arrow → Click “Add to Contacts”
Optionally, add me to your VIP list in the Mail app
Mobile (iPhone):
Tap my name at the top of the email
Tap “Add to VIP”
Done — I’m now inbox royalty
📬 Outlook Folks
Desktop (Outlook.com or App):
Right-click any of my emails
Select “Junk” → “Never Block Sender”
You’re golden
Mobile (Outlook App):
Open any email from me
Tap the three dots in the top-right
Tap “Move to Focused Inbox”
Then tap “Always move for this sender”
📨 Yahoo Users
Desktop:
Open any email from me
Click the More button (three dots in the toolbar)
Select “Add Sender to Contacts”
Mobile:
Open my email
Tap the sender’s name
Tap “Add to contacts” or the "+" icon
Confirm — and you’re set
Don't let some algorithm decide what's valuable to you.
These 10 seconds of effort now = thousands of dollars in value later.
