How to Make Sure You Get Every Single One of My Emails

(Don't let the algorithm steal what's yours!)

Let's be real — inbox algorithms are savage these days.

They're tossing many useful emails into spam, promotions, or the digital void like they're yesterday's leftovers.

Not on my watch.

Here's how to make sure we stay connected:

Desktop:

  1. Drag this email from the "Promotions" tab into your "Primary" tab

  2. A popup will appear — click "Yes" to do this for future emails

  3. OR: Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right → Click “Add [me] to Contacts list”

Mobile:

  1. Tap the three dots in the top-right of the email

  2. Tap “Move to” → “Primary”

  3. Open the email again, tap the sender name → tap “Add to Contacts”

🍎 Apple Mail Users

Don't let some algorithm decide what's valuable to you.

These 10 seconds of effort now = thousands of dollars in value later.
